Joseph I, Holy Roman Emperor 1678-1711

Joseph I (Joseph Jacob Ignaz Johann Anton Eustachius; 1678-1711) was Holy Roman Emperor and ruler of the Habsburg monarchy from 1705 until his death in 1711. He was the eldest son of Leopold I, Holy Roman Emperor from his third wife, Eleonor Magdalene of Neuburg. Joseph was crowned King of Hungary at the age of nine in 1687 and was elected King of the Romans at the age of eleven in 1690. He succeeded to the thrones of Bohemia and the Holy Roman Empire when his father died.

Ferdinand Joseph, Prince of Dietrichstein 1628-1698

Ferdinand Joseph, Prince of Dietrichstein was a German prince member of the House of Dietrichstein, 3rd Prince (Fürst) of Dietrichstein zu Nikolsburg, Princely Count (gefürsteter Graf) of Tarasp, Baron (Freiherr) of Hollenburg, Finkenstein and Thalberg; in addition, he served as Lord Chamberlain (Obersthofmeister), Conference Minister (Konferenzminister) and Privy Councilor (Geheimrat) of Emperor Leopold I, and Knight of the Order of the Golden Fleece since 1668. Ferdinand Joseph married  Princess Marie Elisabeth of Eggenberg 1640-1715, eldest child and only surviving daughter of Johann Anton I, Prince of Eggenberg, Duke of Krumau and Princely Count (gefürsteter Graf) of Gradisca and his wife, Margravine Anna Maria of Brandenburg-Bayreuth. Thanks to his marriage (who related him with the House of Hohenzollern) and the unions of his siblings with members of the first noble families of the Habsburg monarchy (including the Houses of Auersperg, Kaunitz, Liechtenstein, Lobkowitz, Montecuccoli, Trauttmandsorff and Schwarzenberg),

Frederick III 1415–1493 Holy Roman Emperor

Frederick III was Holy Roman Emperor from 1452 until his death in 1493. He was the penultimate emperor to be crowned by the pope, and the last to be crowned in Rome. He was the fourth King of the Romans and the first Holy Roman Emperor from the House of Habsburg, who was to retain the title with one gap until it was declared at an end by Emperor Francis II, in 1806.

Louis William, Margrave of Baden-Baden 1655-1707

As a war hero, Margrave Ludwig Wilhelm von Baden-Baden (1655–1707) garnered great praise. Simultaneously, he was a ruling sovereign and, in Sibylla Augusta, had a wife who loved him. And yet, he was in no way satisfied with his political success when he began building his residence in Rastatt.

Leopold Wilhelm, Margrave of Baden-Baden 1626-1671

Second son of Wilhelm, Margrave of Baden-Baden and Catharina Ursula von Hohenzollern–Hechingen. He was also the uncle of Louis William, Margrave of Baden-Baden.
The first Reichs-Generalfeldmarschall of the Reichsarmee in 1664, he fought against Sweden in Pomerania and against the Turks in Hungary at the Battle of Saint Gotthard. He was Governor and head of the General staff in Warasdin, Croatia, which was part of the Holy Roman Empire (1198–1806).

Maximilian II Emanuel, Elector of Bavaria 1662-1726

Maximilian II also known as Max Emanuel or Maximilian Emanuel, was a Wittelsbach ruler of Bavaria and a Prince-elector of the Holy Roman Empire. He was also the last governor of the Spanish Netherlands and Duke of Luxembourg. An able soldier, his ambition led to conflicts that limited his ultimate dynastic achievements.
He was born in Munich to Ferdinand Maria, Elector of Bavaria and Princess Henriette Adelaide of Savoy (d.1676). His maternal grandparents were Victor Amadeus I of Savoy and Christine of France, daughter of King Henry IV of France.

Ferdinand-Gobert Count of Aspremont-Lynden 1645-1708

Lynden was born in the noble family Aspremont-Lynden as the son of Count Ferdinand of Aspremont-Lynden (1611–1665) and his wife, Landgravine Elisabeth zu Fürstenberg-Heiligenberg (1621–1662). He grew up at the Aspremont-Lynden Castle, in the county of Rekem (Reckheim), a small County in present-day Belgium, belonging to the Holy Roman Empire. Lynden became an officer in the service of the Holy Roman Empire and its Habsburg emperor in Vienna.

Leonhard IV von Harrach 1514-1590

Son of Leonhard III and his wife Barbara von Gleinig, he was born in 1514. He became an imperial councilor in the government of Lower Austria in 1545, and was then admitted to the imperial council of Emperor Maximilian II of the Holy Roman Empire, who created him baron with diploma dated 4 January 1552, then tying the title to the fiefdom of Rohrau on 12 April 1566; with a diploma dated 29 May 1559 he received for himself and his male heirs the hereditary position of stable master for Lower Austria. Leonhard IV was a knight of the Golden Fleece and was the one who founded the fortunes of the von Harrach family.
He had the family tomb built in the Augustinian church in Vienna where he was also buried after his death in 1590.
