Johann Wilhelm II, Elector Palatine (“Jan Wellem”) 1658-1716 of the Wittelsbach dynasty was Elector Palatine , Duke Palatine of Neuburg/Danube Duke of Jülich and Berg and Duke of Upper Palatinate.. From 1697 onwards Johann Wilhelm was also Count of Megen.
